Rust Heinz Phantom Corair: didn't it have other owners in Los Angeles, is it still at Harrahs?

Recommended Posts

I just discovered a good article on the Phantom Corsair of Rust Heinz (an heir to the ketchup folks) but I didn't realize that it had been restyled a bit by Goertz and also this article says it went from Herb Shriner to Harrahs (now the National Automobile Collection) but back in the 70s someone I knew was photographing it in Los Angeles so I wonder if it was bought or sold down in Los Angeles back then? I am asking the question here because it was Cord powered. I am interested in knowing the lowest price it was ever offered and when, maybe it was Shriner who got the best deal. Here's my reference source.

Any news about when this car was a bargain appreciated.
