Guest General Lee
I was just informed by a engine rebuilder for race car engines that the boiling of a block could damage several areas and cause additional work to be done to correct the loss of minute portions of the block in critical areas. He recommended solution cleaning and bore brushing all galleys. Anyone have any experience with the Packard engine that say otherwise? I realize my engine will have paint on it after solution cleaning, I don't think that's important. Thanks, Bobhattler
