Need Removable Top Rest, Inspection Lamp, and other tools - 1920 Model 34B

Looking for the removable top rest that screws into the rear quarter panels on each side. The one shown in the link below is one of various styles I've seen in photos but never in person. When not in use, it unscrews and is stored below the front seat. the screw hole in the body then is "plugged" with a wing shaped bolt.

Also looking for other items shown too including:

1. Inspection Lamp

2. Tire repair kit

3. Spare light bulb box

4. Shock absorber wrench

Any help/leads would be appreciated. Note, the scanned image is from a 1917 manual, but the needed parts are the same for 1920.
