1948 Pontiac 6 Cylinder engine, rebuilt with receipts of work done and Hydramatic tranny

Recommended Posts

I recently acquired a parts car that came with this rebuilt engine.

I have no use for it, so it is for sale.

The engine, that is, and with or without the Hydramatic tranny which was working fine, and is not rebuilt.

I have receipts for all work done on the engine.

I can post more info and pics, just ask, don't be shy.

Make me an offer, and I have a connection who can haul it to you reasonably, if you are not in a hurry!!

If any interest, contact me for more info as follows:

Hey Aussiecowboy, in this day and age, we are not so very far apart!!

I see you have a pretty full stable!!

Me too!!

Mine has to be completely overflowing with wonderful oldies...Woodies that is, at all times!!

And it is, a dozen of them now!! (see pics of some).

All are projects in varying degrees...

I am not anxious to list my project wagons, unless their pictures can be shown...woodies have wood, gorgeous grains, unlike any steel car, even with their gorgeous deep flawless paintwork...

The wood grain patterns make each Woodie unique, regardless of power train, color, even maker (to a degree), etc.

Anyway...getting back on track...

I happen to have a fair share of parts headed to your country...Buick parts...going to one of your fellow screw-ups!!

--Just kidding!!

I know your country is huge, as is mine, but who knows, you two may actually be close.

His shipping seems to have fallen through, so perhaps you two can hook up, or maybe not, but perhaps worth trying.

If any interest, email me at the above email address, & I'll send either you his info, or him your info, your choice.

Glad to oblige, understand if you don't want to.

Cheers, Mike
