firestone non skid tires 34x4 1/2 w tubes, liners

my dad aquired these in the 60s from a fire truck restoration leftover. im not sure if there nos from the 60s or the teens. tires are in excellent nos condition, also comes with tubes and liners. tubes look ok but no guarantees.
