cahartley
I'm not being rude here but without photos you'll be gone but the carb will still be here....... .......LOLThere is more to a Model D Schebler than meets the eye.Does it have the air valve assembly? If so what is its orientation on the carb?It DOES make a difference as it could be used on Waterloo Boy and very early John Deere D tractors, all Hart Parr tractors between 1918 and 1930 and many other possibilities. If you can't figure how to add photos please send them to me and I'll post them for you....... cahartley
That's too small to be a Model D plus it's an updraft so likely is an automotive carburetor.Sure is pretty....... :cool:You might to see what that one sells for the heck of it >>> Antique Brass Schebler Carburator | eBay
Layden B
Schebler catalog for Model D says the intake and throttle pieces can be interchanged so this carb can be either side or up draft as needed. Made in 6 sizes 1/2" to 2".
carbking
It is a Schebler model D.Impossible to tell 100 percent certain from the pictures the exact application; but if I owned a 2 cylinder model F Buick, I would buy it!Jon.
Guest acreatrice
I bought it as part of a lot that included a complete collection of Automobile Quarterly magazines for sale in this website along with the Bosch Magneto, the lady said that the carb and magneto came out of a brass car between 1908 to 1912, she couldn't remember, the car was sold several years ago, she believed it was a 4 cyl car.
