keiser31
Bullet headlamps for the lessor series came in 1927. I believe that the car in question is a 1928 Model 62 Chrysler 4 door sedan which has that dash, no cowl lights and the short exterior visor. Guest My27ChryslerModel50
does the 28 have a larger wheel base than the 27?
keiser31
According to my books:The 1927 Model 50 has a 106" wheelbase.The 1928 Model 52 has a 109" wheelbase.So....yes, the 1928 is longer.
McCargar
Yes it is a '28 model 52. The vertical belt lines on the back were welded in 28. Looking at it closely it only has two wheel mechanical brakes as well. (4 wheel hydraulic an option on the 52 in '28)
