RO Posted August 7, 2013 Share Posted August 7, 2013 Does the '05 Crossfire have a bulb for the brake light or an LED? How do you access for replacement? First look al I saw was a panel in the center of the trunk appearing to be held in by buttons, but I see no access to where the lights are. NAPA catalog shows a standard two- filament bulb. keiser31 Posted August 7, 2013 Share Posted August 7, 2013 Usually there are some plastic wingnuts under a panel that hold the taillamp assembly in. Then a twist type connection with the bulb in it. Try not to touch the bulb's glass with the bare fingers or they may become problematic....frying before their time..Sounds like an owner's manual or shop manual is in order.
