At The Diner Again

Well, these small towns always seem to have a little hang out for the locals. And you never know what will be out in the parking lot:

I miss the diner that was down the road from me, it was sold a few years ago and supposedly moved to Erie, PA at Presque Isle, going to be up that way soon and plan on seeing if it ever was set up. Always loved this shot of my 53 in front of it.

If you are in Erie and want to get a picture of your Buick in front of another classic diner, try this one.

2902 Buffalo Rd, Erie (Wesleyville, actually) This place has been here since the late 40s or early 50's. I walked by it on my way to school when I was a kid and that was in the mid 50s. Great food. It's still there and it's been featured in a few books on diners. On the sign, it is spelled, "Dinor". Same sign as when I was a kid.

Oh yeah. I've ate there a few times. I agree that the food is always very good. It is across the Hudson river for me so I don't go there all that often. Here's another older 1950's Diner in my area. Ski trip staple | Yelp Dandy Dave!
