Sounds like a bent wheel to me.

I changed the wheel cylenders recently and I think I worped the duum.

Maybe not. A warped drum is more likely to cause brake grabbing than wheel wobble. Check your tire for slipped belts (if you're running radials) or lumps if not running radials. Check your tire balance. Then run it in gear with the rear wheels raised and watch the wheel, looking for visible runout. Try swapping out the spare to see if that improves the problem. You could also temporarily swap the rear drums side as a way to check for a warped drum if you think thats what it is.
