There are 2 "power steering" hoses that run into the cowl at the center of the windshield. The units are pretty bullet proof. Have you checked and bled your power steering system?Parts are pretty available, the engine is easy to get parts for and trim and such can be found at a number of places such as Mark II Enterprises, Lincoln Land, Baker's Auto (Putnam CT), Lincoln Mercury Old Parts Store and quite a few others...
