KIT - 1937 CORD 812 S/C Scale is 1/12 (12:1) - VALUE ??

Recommended Posts

While on tour last week, I found and bought a new unassembled kit:

Could you help me determine the value of this kit?

AMT - ERTL -

Skill Level 3

1937 CORD 812 S/C

A CLASSIC MASTERPIECE

Stock Number 8127

This kit is a 1/12 Scale (12:1)

Has over 230 parts:

460piece supercherged Lycoming V-8 engine

Steerable front wheels

Roll-up - Crank-operated side windows

Opening doors

Over 16" long

I'm not sure if I should make this a project to share with my 16 year old grandson,

or to pass it along to another collector since I will likely never own the real thing myself

Thank you for any assistance

Yup !

a project with grandson does sound cool -

he has a neat collection of models of classics and "Full Classics" as well, and....

he has followed my interests in math, the sciences, music, and drove his first AACA National Tour a year ago

Thanks all...
