Dave Mellor NJ Posted January 19, 2015 Share Posted January 19, 2015 (edited) That folded over seam is typical of Chrysler corp cars of the era. Also Essex and some others. The holes on top could have been added for parking lights when the headlights were changed to sealed beams.
