Body rough-ish, interior moderate but badass in its’ own handsewn rich supple leather, a little repair and a lot of cleaning and it could be ok . This auction is about the engine. This is the 1982 4.9l engine that is basically the formula one engine for Maserati but is one liter larger. The engine is rated at 280 hp at 5800 RPM, features four cams and four two barrel carbs. This is an Italian market car and features no computer or air quality control, it is purely mechanical. It is mated to Chrysler 727 Torqueflite Automatic from the factory and has 46,000 miles on it. This engine was last driven a year ago but the starter went out when we last revived her. It was running poorly with old gas and when we set up a remote fuel tank with clean gas, the starter stopped working. This is a standard Chrysler starter motor.

This would be a unique and impressive engine in any kind of rod. Engine is turning free and is 100% complete as is the remaining drive train and rear end. Top speed of 160 MPH. Very rare (1821 made between 1978 and 1984), very weird and very fast. The angriest sounding engine EVER. Straight pipes and utterly horrid (due to the ridiculous speed and power) gas mileage. Asking $3200. Think outside the crate motor and build something truly original and amazing.
