Making Progress on my 39 Zephyr

Got the front end back on my Zephyr and the fenders and grill fitting like they should. Doing some finish welding on the body today then all the hard work will be done on the body. Looking for a good pan that goes under the radiator just in case anyone out there has one.

Your coupe is looking real nice. I couldn't find that lower nose piece for my 38 and 39. I ended up making them, one on a plannishing hammer and the other using a roller and shrinker to get the reverse curves. BTW, thanks for info on pinion shaft, I've never had mine apart to know if it is 6 or 10 spline.
