<!-- google_ad_section_start -->Does any one know what a 1959 Dodge Viscount is or where one might find info on one.

I ues to own one but have not seen or heard of them since I last saw mine in 1968.

They were built in Canada for only one year and there was three models a 2Dr Ht, a 4Dr Ht, and a 4Dr Ht wagon, there was only 1853 made for all three models.

Thanks, Chuck53Re: Dodge Viscount<!-- google_ad_section_end -->
<!-- google_ad_section_start -->I found this in
from a discussion in 1998:

Not sure if the word got out on this one, but somebody was asking

about this.

The Dodge Viscount was a Canadian Plymouth-based Dodge, equivalent to

the (non-Sport) Fury. I'm pretty sure this model was only offered for

one year. They had a Dodge front clip, but everything other than

names was Plymouth from the firewall back, as were the engine choices.

Even the FliteSweep pseudo spare when so equipped had a Plymouth

emblem in the middle, at least on the only Canadian Dodge with

FliteSweep I ever saw in person...

This car may have been marketed as a "Dodge Kingsway Custom" in

countries other than Canada.

I've always wanted one, eh?

....

This was from a thread put on in April,2003.
