It says made in USA on it but there is no other name on it.

It has a hand choke and chrome lever ets.

The paint finish is a black wrinkle finish.

The metal tag has the number 2392 on it.

The bore is 1 3/8". The mounting bolt pattern is 2 7/8" The mounting holes are slotted a bit.

It is a Rayfield model N. These were sold with a number of "brand" name decals in the indented oval. I have seen Rayfield, Marvel Schebler, and now your "Allstate" (Sears). Western Auto also sold them, but I haven't seen a Western Auto decal. That doesn't mean one wasn't used.

Generally, these "carburetors" could be purchased for less than the cost of a repair kit for the original carburetor.

Jon.
