Guest monkeydog
Greetings everyone. My name is Paul. I'm in Oregon & only discovered the AACA Forum today. It's impressive.I want to present a mystery for you all. My Dad, a die-hard Gearhead, died in 1983 and left a bunch of stuff behind... including a speedometer that I can't identify. (the only marks I recognize are the "Stewart Warner" logo on the side and an ink-stamped "49" on the back). See attachments.Any help would be much appreciated
auburnseeker
Not a positive match but extremely close is 1934-1936 Mopar(Dodge Chrysler Plymouth Desoto) cars including Airflow and Airstream models although some 1936 models went to a more square gauge. Welcome aboard!
Amphicar BUYER
It may just be an aftermarket speed-o by SW not made for any specific vehicle.
