ltpreston
This photo was taken at the 1904 St. Louis Worlds Fair. My great grandparents are in the car. Any idea the make/model?

trimacar
Looks very Europeann to me, from the body and fender style to the fully exposed radiator....although it bears some resemblance to a 1904 Populaire, made in Lawrence, Mass......
nzcarnerd
Not confirmed but I reckon it is a Mors, probably a 1901 or 1902 model. A much bigger car than the Populaire which looks quite small and has shaft drive. The size of the gilled tube radiator suggests it is a high horsepower model - maybe 30 or more. They had a 60 hp race car at the time. Edited March 28, 2012 by nzcarnerd (see edit history)
trimacar
You're correct on it not being Populaire, couldn't tell scale from photo but hood looked similar, and good catch on the chain drive, I didn't look closely enough.....
ltpreston
Thanks for the info. I looked up some Mors autos on the internet, and it does look like one.
