Thanks to everyone and a new question

I would like to thank everyone who answered me on and off of the forum and who sent me photographs of the floorboards and trunk area. You guys are really the best source of information on these cars there are.

A new question, based on the photographs I received on the trunk area I spend some time with the body parts book and found a parts number for the plate i need 06H 5643252 Plate rear deck door striker is what it is called. Does anyone know of where I could get such a striker plate? Or if they have a continental that they are scrapping out that could have the plate cut out of? Since this is going to be a four-day weekend for me I hope to have the rocker panels on the car and most of the other welding done except for those floorboards that I cannot find. Thanks Harry
