twin6
There isn't much to go on, but I am hoping one of the resident experts can identify the car and year. I'm posting this for a friend, one of whose relatives is in the photo, and he's more interested in the year of the car. As an aside, the young ladies' attire was sure popular -- that Navy look was quite trendy in that time frame.

Leif Holmberg
It looks like the top has 2 rear oval windows,if it`s a Buick it could be 1918-1920 model 45. Leif in Sweden.
Dave Mellor NJ
The car in the OP has the same large hood hold downs as this 18. It looks like the oval rear windows but most pictures of restored 18 Buicks have rectangular. Something for the judges.
