Guest James_Andrews Posted January 3, 2012 Share Posted January 3, 2012 (edited) Distributor was bead blasted & painted black, then rebuilt with new upper & lower shafts, weight springs, bushings, best B-style cam, modern Motorcraft points & condenser and special concave spring unique to the B distributor. Also, new dowel pin which engages the head. Assembly was checked & tuned on a Sun distributor machine and test-run on my Model A.Can be used on 1928-1931 Model A without Pop-out style switch, plus 1932-1934 B-style engines.The 6-volt Ford reproduction script coil has only been used during the engine testing.The ballast resistor allows use of the coil with a 12-volt system.Distributor w/ cap & rotor: $170.
