It's on display at the Museu da ULBRA in Canoas, Brazil.

It is a 1932 Dodge hearse as I found in a description:

Dodge 1932 - This vehicle impresses with its unique style 6 m long and many ornaments. The car was used until the mid-1950s and was intended to take only virgin women and children, due to the white color associated with purity. The engine that Dodge is an inline six-cylinder. Their exchange, three-speed, does not show any pretense of good performance. The car is a true work of art in terms of body and preserves the original 1932 model Dodge just in front. Worked with numerous ornaments in wood, it was made entirely by hand. The back is designed with inspiration from the ancient shrines of churches, curved and with a cross on top.

1932 was probably the year it was first registered. In export markets there were many 1929-30-31 vehicles that were slow to sell due to the depression. This one would have taken sometime to build as well. If the coachbuilder had financial troubles, it may have been an on again-off again project.

Interesting the translations that come out of non-English speakers' attempts to create an English text from the original - Portugese?

Funny this one had resurfaced. Going by the radiator this is a Dodge commercial rather than a car. Same radiator for both Dodge, and later Graham Brothers trucks. In the era after the Grahams had long gone from Dodge but there was still demand for 'Graham Brothers' trucks.
