They went by that name (Vesta Accumulator Co) up till about 1920, then as Vesta Battery Corporation till 1929. They manufactured batteries, headlamps, and electrical equipment for cars, trucks, motorcycles, and bicycles. I have seen some brass headlamps, and cowl lamps with the Vesta Accumulator Co. tag and various model numbers over the years. They were big back in the teens, as they had a 4 story office and factory at 2100 S Indiana Ave. in Chicago.imagine most of their products they made were lost to the WW2 scrap drives.
