414TATA Posted October 28, 2011 Share Posted October 28, 2011 Just wondering what wax and or cleaner is most recommended here for original paint.My 1941 Buick is original Black and has cleaned up pretty well.When I wax it I do get a lot of rub off of the old paint. I have tried other brand/products on my 47 Special and I like the Mothers Pure Carnuba Wax in the red can. It has no synthetic polishers nor cleaners. Comes in different colors to match your paint and has a little chip stick you can fill chips with.
