Two different pictures of what I believe is the same car. Relevant features:

1) Time frame is about 1920

2) Windshield is curved at the bottom

3) Transition between the bottom of the windshield and the hood is almost straight across rather than dropping down like on a Model T or Overland

4) Appears to have a single control lever on the steering column below the steering wheel

5) There are several air vent slots (I count 19) on the side of the hood

6) There is a bullet shaped design on the panel above the running board

7) Looks like a Stanley except for the detail of the convertible top - not quite the same on the top rear

8) Also looks kind of like an Allen, except for a few details like the control lever

Yes, Buick totally makes sense. I knew that my grandfather (he is the one in the driver's seat in one of the pictures) drove Buicks from the 1940's until 1970 when he passed away, but I had no idea that his brand loyalty went this far back. Starting to wonder if they are two different cars and not the same one. since the car shown with all the people in it appears to have a single control below the steering wheel, while all Buicks had the controls above the steering wheel.
