29 is different from a 30. The 28- 29 (acorn shaped) are really only correct on most 4 doors and cabriolets although you see then on lots of roadsters. All 30-31(bowl shaped) models could have them although I doubt many commercial vehicles had them in their day. Hence they are the most common. You can certainly do whatever you want but if you only want it for a backup light, you can buy an unidentified light much cheaper.

Thanks Dave. The 28-29 style is what I am looking for, It matches the headlight buckets on the 32 Buick 60 series the best and is the right size to not look out of place with the tail lights.

Have a few large swap meets coming up soon so will take a look there. Thanks.
