If you look at the belt molding diving down the back and the top of the door you'll agree we're on the right track. It looks like a potter trunk. nzcarnerd Posted June 1, 2011 Share Posted June 1, 2011 I think the 4 door DM was referring to was the one in the link. Yes this is definitely a 1934 Studebaker two door sedan - probably a Dictator. Studebaker sold over 45,000 Dictators of all types in 1934 and about 10,000 Commanders. I guess this two door is possibly quite rare today. Dave Mellor NJ Posted June 2, 2011 Share Posted June 2, 2011 The car above is a 35 Studebaker,also a rod,this one chopped. This is the ugly trunk I referred to.
