Hershey October 2011

Can someone please tell me how to sign up as a vendor for the Hershey meet in October?

May be to late ,but it can be found under the fall meet i think.I will check,we already recieved conformation from last year,are you looking for swap meet spaces?

This coming issue of the AACA magazine will have a space request form to fill out. Only available to AACA members on a first come, first served basis. Magazine is due at the post office 5/9 and 5/10

No doubt someone who has done this before will know for sure but we are also looking at taking a space this year for the first time. I think you also need to fill out a one time only vendor tax registration with the state of PA. I have heard that in recent years it is possible for new vendors to get spaces, could be the changes in layout, but I am not sure.

We always begin counting the days to Hershey on January 1st...

Steve, the next issue of the magazine will be out mid to late May. Fill out the request for spaces and mail in. You will get registration for sapces in the mail early in July. Fill out the forms and send i immeidately as it is first come, first served. Instructions are included to get a PA #. If you don't have one make the application and let the region know you will have it but do not delay mailing your request in. There are usually a couple of hundred spaces that become available each year.
