The question I have is the arm that goes through the cowl what size nut is that? The one that I am talking about is the one on the inside of the car. Just checked the local hardware store and 3/4 was to small and 7/8 to big. It is fine thread. Also the rod that goes up and down into the wheel locks. What size is that? Anyone make that? My car is buttoned up now, but I will try to find a photo, unless someone else jumps in on the forum and provides the details.For the rod, I suggest you have one made of steel rof stock with matching threads, and plated.
