Jolly_John Posted December 18, 2010 Share Posted December 18, 2010 Mike, the Buick parts book calls the item you're after a "Front Hub Grease Retaining Cap". It indicates the cap you need fits 1937, 1938, and 1939 90 series; 1940 80 and 90 series; and 1941 90 series. It is listed as Buick part number 1299075. By the way, in 1941, these were priced at $.20 each. My parts book only covers through 1941, so I have no idea if the cap for your car would also be found on any post-war big Buicks.
