Reasonable price?

Bin trying to sell 90 ragtop for some time, ran out of garage space.

Wondering what would be a reasonable offer, I have two offers, both same but I think are very low.

Had car since 04, had 133 k miles, now 145 k miles. It set in my garage for a year while I replaced/ fixed all problems including new Kumo tires and Monroe Sensematic shocks.

Is white w/ white trim, burgandy interior. Paint is so so, interior is excellent. Top has shrunk some.

I have been closely monitoring the selling price of '90 verts the past few months. I consider my car in very, very good condition but don't think I can get more then $6,000. Considering I bought the car a year ago for $5,600 and have put another $3,000+ into restoration (new top, new seats, new steering wheel, tires, NOS rims, mechanical, etc)., should I sell I see taking a loss for many years to come. If RM or Barrett Jackson would have one 'up on the block', possibly the value of Reatta's would increase.

I saw a nice '90 black/tan with about 135k. New top, decent tires, clean, very good mechanically, and nice original paint about 2 months ago for $4800. I almost bought it. but I didn't have the cash.
