chrome painting

I was viewing Leno's garage website and he had a video on chrome painting, a process similar to how mirrors are produced. Does anyone know anything about this process? if so where can I get it done? I have heard good reports about this but do not know where to get it done hopefully in North Carolina near raleigh?

there is a site called chromepainting.com which demonstrates how it works, but does net give information on who coes it.
