Gas tank sending unit

I have pulled the sending unit and made some effort to re-build it but still cant get the resistance right when hooking it up and moving float.

Does anyone know who may have rebuilt ones or who re-builds them clearly better than I can do?

I have not received mine back yet, so I cannot tell of the quality but I sent my badly decomposed gas tank sending unit for my 1928 Durant to the Atwater Kent Manufacturing company in Mass. Their web site is: The Atwater Kent Manufacturing Company. The don't do email they say but you can call them and talk to a guy named Mike also. He's also working on a temperature sending unit for me for my car. They were originally recommended by someone else on this AACA forum who has had work done by them. I should be getting my sending unit in any day according to them. I'll let you know of the quality when I get it.
