My Grandfather passed and left me his car. He purchased it new and went on his first date with my Grandmother in it. I dont know anything about this car or what to do with it. I would like to know what type of airflow it is and what is the best way to go about restoring it. Any idea of the cost to fix such a car? I know it would be hard to tell until you saw it in person. I will post a few picts. At this point in my life I feel it is more important for it to be taken care by someone who knows what they are doing then for it sit in a connex. Any info would be great. Thank you. Kris PS. It does have a straight eight under the hood that runs.

Hi,

Your grandfathers car is a 1934 Chrysler Airflow Sedan model CU.

The best way to gain further information is to contact the Airflow Club and the link to the President is attached

Email, librenjak@sbcglobal.net.

Thank you guys for the information. I am glad to see there are a few people out there who care for these cars. I am looking forward to learning more about them. I will be contacting the airflow club shortly. Kris
