Where is It? Who Owns It? American Underslung

I know what the car in the photo is. It is a 1913/14 American Underslung Type 644 touring car. It is unusual because of the wire wheels. American did not use wire wheels on their cars so these were added to the car. Besides the car I am working on there are three similar Type 644 Americans. One is the ex Bill Harrah car now owned by Dick Shappy in Rhode Island. A second is owned by the Nethercutt Collection, and the third is in Utah. All are wood wheeled. The car in the photo is either one of the known cars with a new set of wheels or it is a car that I am not familiar with

What I would like to know is where the car is located and who owns it. The picture came from a website called Odds and Sods Cars. Those Odds and Sods Cars I did write the owner of the webpage but he did not know where the picture came from or where the car was located. Please let me know if you have any clues.
