Front Vent Window seal

I am looking for a source to get replacment rubber seals that are for the front door vent windows. I am not sure if these are a one-piece item made specifically or if it is a standard extruded shape that you get in lengths It appears to be a one piece type as the corners look like they are molded.

The existing ones are hard, and have broken off pieces along where the glass seals.

Any help on finding a source would be appreciated
