Ford Starter Field Coil

I've been going through a number of parts that I picked up about 10 or 15 years ago and decided it's time I tried to identify them and do something with them. So this is the first of a number of threads here. This one is for a Starter field coil made by ACE.

Replaces: C5NF-11082-A, C6VY-11082-A, C7TF-11001-B, C8AZ-11083-A,

D1AF-11082-AA

Pole Shoe Opening:

Height: 58mm Width: 28mm

It is new in the box. My question is what years and models does this apply to?

I also have two NIB armatures that may go with this. The boxes have no manufacturer name on them, just the number 2B3001-1. Also what are they worth? Lots more Ace parts to identify later.

C5NF=1965 Ford tractor

C6VY=1966 Lincoln Continental

C7TF=1967 Ford Light or medium truck

C8AZ=1968 Ford full size

D1AF=1971 Ford full size

Those numbers correspond to starter coils as they were first used in application. The same coil could have (and probably was) used subsequently in any number of applications. Also those numbers are not exclusive, and should not be read to mean (for instance) all 1971 full size Fords used this coil.
