Multiple Craigslists

I like to use Google because Craigslist eventually blocks or gets those search sites shutdown but it can't get Google shutdown. For example, if you are looking for '57 Buicks you can enter the following strings in the Google search box to search all of Craigslist:

1957 buick site:craigslist.org

or

"1957 buick" site:craigslist.org

The first string finds anything with both 1957 and Buick in it and the second string finds phrase "1957 Buick".

You can also use these:

57 buick site:craigslist.org

"57 buick" site:craigslist.org

I use all four of the above strings. Also see this thread:

You can also try www.searchallcraigs.com;

It allows you to search nationally, then break down regionally as well.

take the semi colon off the link before clicking it

or just click here > Search All Craig's - Ever wanted to search ALL craigslist sites at once?

Guest 68 Buick 3369

Here's another craigslist Buick for those interested: 1969 Buick Electra .

The car is located in Evans Mills, NY (this IS NOT my car, but I have seen it and talked with the owner). It has surface rust as you can see in the picture, chrome in very good condition, interior needs the driver's side seat fixed and the headliner replaced. It has 97, 167 or 97, 170 miles on it. It does not run due to the engine being set up after 8 years of sitting in a garage. It needs rear body mounts, new trunk floor. It used to belong to the guy's grandfather and he doesn't really want to sell it but his wife is forcing him to, so she can park her vehicle in the garage. There are two G78 studded snow tires in the trunk. I talked him down to $1675, but couldn't come up with it. :(

So I'm using the money I had saved up for it to restore my 68 Special. :D

Perhaps I am late to the party BUT I just noticed about 2 weeks ago that Craigs List has added a YEARS component to your search. Before, I would literally go year to year looking at the offerings. 1925...1926...1927...1979

Now, I just stype in BUICK (or whatever) Price range 2 5000 and years 1915 1978 and pic (check) and happy browsing!

As I'm sure most of you know, Jaxed no longer does Craig's.... I use an iPhone/Pad ap called CSmart... It will typically send you an alert that something in your saved search has been posted... Usually within an hour, typically 30 min. Happy hunting.
