Guest avanhelden
Friend gave me this picture to identify this car. I am not too familiar with 1910's automobiles. I had figured about 1916 Buick or Olds but just don't know for sure and what is that on the front, the two cylinderes on each side?

Layden B
Westinghouse was the largest maker of this kind of device but others did too. I believe the Westinghouse were hydraulic/air while others were hydraulic, spring or a combination. Some were factory installed by the auto manufacturers and others were done as retrofits out in the field.
Guest avanhelden
I sure do thank all for the quick response. Definitely impressed my friend and may be adding a new member to the AACA rolls as a result now that he realizes that an age appropriate vehicle is not a prerequisite.
