1920's Luggage Racks

Are there any experts out there on these old luggage racks?

The rack in the top left-hand picture measures 37" long by 17" wide.

The rack in the top right-hand picture measures 38 1/2" long by 15" wide. It also has the hinges on each end.

The rack in the lower left-hand picture measures 29" long by 17" wide. This rack's small section folds up inside of the larger section.

And the rack in lower right-hand picture measures 36 1/8" long by 14" wide.

Any clues or help would be appreciated.
