pmdolan
Looks similar to this one that I have. They were a universal mount cargo hauling type trunk often found mounted on model A's. Mine was mounted to a 29 Plymouth.

aacalifeer
Looks like a Karri-Keen Trunk. These were an aftermarket trunk. They are great on cars from about 1928 - 1931. I've seen them on Chevrolet, Ford, Plymouth and I'm sure others. All the necessary parts are there it appears in the pictures on the car. The Bumper Brackets are very hard to find. The platform is a necessity also.I saw an advertizement once showing 5 milk cans being hauled with the trunk in the open / down position.
