Guest Jake 1938
I am doing a body off on my 1938 Dodge coupe. Anyone have a good idea of what the torque spec should be on the 1/2 inch "body to frame" bolts that employ the rubber insulators? Much appreciated. JACK M
I did mine a couple of years ago and dont remember the torque. Just tightened them a bit and made sure all of the doors worked properly.I used those nylon vibration proof nuts.
keiser31
This is from a 1956, 1957 and 1958 Chrysler shop manual. I would imagine that it is similar torque specs to what you need.
