TC as Monaco GP Pace Car

I read that in 1988, or 1987. The TC was used as the Pace Car for the Formula races at Monoco. I googled and found nothing.(it wouldn't be the first time I used the wrong words)

Does anyone have any info. and/or Pictures.????

Lou, I typed in on web search: 1987 monoco grand prix pace car and on this search under MyTCToy A statement is made that the 87 TC was the offical pace car. I didn't do any farther search.

trashed that i don't remember,cant even remember pace cars then' do remember big fireball crash ,i'll do som e reserch and if i find it i will let you know alan

I have reading all old info and ran into Monaco pace car site' I was at Monaco race in 1987 and TC was pace car at race. I took several pictures of cars with Iacocca and DETAMOSO driving in them. I finally got one last year in Boyton Beach Florida To. 1990 white with 28000 miles.
