Guest imported_joecool72
A neighbor of mine died last summer and his daughter was tossing out a lot of paper collectibles in the trash that I picked up and found out he was a car/truck guy. Going through a few of the boxes recently, I found an original invoice for a 1965 Ford Custom 4dr from Courtesy Ford here in Chicago, IL that he owned, along with a few other New Car documents.I'm wondering if there might be a way someone can help me find out if this VIN # is still on the road and not crushed? I'd love to find the current owner in case it is. Anyone come across a situation like this? Not looking to just pass it on to someone to fraud an existing car, you know? Just thought it would be nice to find it's original home for documents.Any help would be appreciated!
Lebowski
There's probably less than a 1% chance that this '65 Custom 4 door is still around so don't get your hopes up. If it was for a more popular model like a Mustang maybe, but not a 4 door Custom....
MCHinson
It is probably about a Million to One shot, but....If you post the serial number of the car here, if somebody were to happen to try to Google Search for any reference to their car by serial number, Google would lead them right to you here.
