lancemb
66 Skylark convertible with A/C and 3 speed on column. This seems like an odd combo. Anybody know how common or uncommon this is?
Pete Phillips
ANY 1966 Skylark with 3-speed stick shift on the column is a VERY rare bird. I used to have a 1966 Special convertible, with factory 3-speed on the column and the 340 V-8. It was a very quick, lively car, and very long-legged--would do 50 or 60 mph in second gear, with more still left, but I just can't do that to an old car.Pete Phillips, BCA #7338
