Guest Bob Kerr Posted December 10, 2008 Share Posted December 10, 2008 I have a GM cardboard tube of water pump packings and the only number on it is written in old masking tape. I can't totally make out the first number, but it looks like it may be 5 or 8 and then 28808. There are 30 formed one piece packing rings inside. does anyone have a book that shows the usage for these? They don't show up in my chevy four cylinder models book printed in 1940 and I am sure were sold in the tube like this for dealer stock. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
