Few early automobiles evoke the dawn of motoring like the Mercer, <span style="font-style: italic">any</span> Mercer.

Good Roads Tour, pictured about half way thru the 1,000-mile run from Atlanta to NYC.

You can never get enough OLD Mercer photos, here is one of my favorites from 1912 "Airborn" at Elgin Road Races.

Another from 1911 with two daredevils, no doors, no windows and nothing to hold onto! Imagine this ride at 75mph on a stone road!
