Dave@Moon Posted December 17, 2008 Share Posted December 17, 2008 Chris Craft built boats under the name from 1924 thru to today, with power boats starting in 1922 under their previous name of Smith Ryan Boat & Engine Company. The MCL series is a six cylinder engine series (not a model) from the late 1950s. According to this operating manual it had 175 hp, displaced 335 cu. in., and had a 7.22:1 compression ratio.
