Chris Paulsen
Great photo. If there are "scallops" in the top corners of the radiator, it's a Stoddard-Dayton. It's hard to tell, but it looks like there may be.I hope this helps,Chris
West Peterson
Sure could use a higher-resolution photo so that we could see some details. Cool picture.
Lozierman
I agree with Chris, it does look like it might be a S-D, but without the radiator features mentioned, I'm not positive. It also looks like it might be a Speedwell, or perhaps a Matheson but again lacking enough clear details, these are only a guesses. Hopefully, others will step up with their ideas and help identify this fine automobile. It is a great looking car and would be a nice one to have today. Layden B
The corner scallops and other distinctive radiator details on a Stoddard are features of the Kinwood radiator that they used. Other brands of cars that used Kinwood radiators also have the same details, I tried for years to figure out what model Stoddard used a radiator I had, only to find it was for a Lexington!
